There are two general forms of gambling (risk-taking), investment & speculation. Investment is vital for society as a whole. It’s such a powerful driver of wealth creation that the wealth generated in a truly free and civil society easily protects the many failed gamblers. Investment in a Laissez-faire (non-interventionist) free marketplace takes the form of a social experiment wherein one or more voluntary parties use the wealth they’ve gathered (through their own labor or from returns on other investments) to facilitate the development of new creative endeavors in the hope of creating something of great value for all of mankind.

Without a free marketplace, investments are curtailed, people, being self-interested don’t risk their hard to come by wealth investing in things that might be limited by the often arbitrary decisions of those who have the use of coercive power. Hence diversity of investment is diminished in proportion to the arbitrary use of coercive power.

The other kind of gambling is speculation. Speculation isn’t gambling on a creative endeavor. The sole purpose of speculators is to extract a profit at the expense of both investors and other speculators alike and not to reap profit from a creative endeavor. Speculation is a predatory form of gambling that, like theft, demoralizes real investors and thus slows overall economic development. Many speculators would like to convince themselves that they are investors however as they like to feel good when they look in the mirror.

When you buy something, you do so in hopes of some sort of gain or increase in wealth, be it financial, personal, social, etc. But if you are seeking to speculate AND you are following the lead of another you have only a statistically slim chance of long-term success. The reason for this is not so obvious, so I will state it simply: In a zero sum game where the total losses of all losers must balance/equal the total winnings of all winners, if there is to be any significant profit in such endeavors, then there needs to be significantly more losers than winners. Therefore, if you play that game, you are playing radically against the odds.

I think that the vast majority of individuals participating in speculative gambles, have been led down a path. In a free market, there are relatively few speculators as market efficiency doesn’t allow enough margin for them to survive and any opening they discover is quickly closed as there is no regulation to impede market adaptation. Individuals are more wary when they understand that there is no one looking out for their best interest.

Speculation is destructive of the overall fabric of society – a fabric that creates great wealth for all. If you take such a gamble, you are ultimately hurting yourself, your entire community, and civil society as a whole. Successful speculators take their winnings and speculate further, yet at some point, the house of cards comes crashing down when investors wake up and take action, withdrawing their remaining investment capital and the economy completely stagnates.

In a large society, some people have learned ways of hiding their actions from others, using proxies. As such they aren’t directly or immediately ostracized. However, when weeds are sown, there is always a cost that must be paid to remove them and all of us do pay it, as an opportunity to sow wealth producing goods and services is lost. Ultimately, even those speculators who believed they were growing wealthy lose out when they realize no one can afford to trade anything with them any longer.

If you buy any commodity, and then watch/listen to the ‘market-makers’, all the while buying and selling to the tune of what these pundits/puppets/proxies think it’s worth, then you yourself are, functionally, a puppet for those who have the wealth to control these pundits. Stated more simply, you’re making them wealthier at your own expense and hence you too are acting as a proxy.

Unfortunately, the speculators have taken over the system – they are in charge. There are very few legitimate reasons why a company would have a P/E (price to earnings ratio) of more than five. Yet this is the norm today.

Such high P/E ratio’s indicate that we live in a stagnant, cannibalistic economy, not a vibrant, diverse one. After all who, but a speculator or a fool, would invest in a new technology company with a high P/E ratio with only a minuscule chance of making a return on investment in the long run?

Unfortunately, no matter how moral you are with your investments, the speculators, given the power to coerce people through government laws and hence government guns, would eventually overtake and devour most of everything — at least until people admit the truth to themselves and stand up to them. Firstly however, people must realize that the opposite of a vibrant wealthy civil society of happy people is a decaying impoverished and violent mass of isolated, lonely & terrified people.

How did we get here? It’s all in the rules of the game. Do not for one instance think it is our Nature. We have been adapting our game for a long time now, but we are still very very young. Do not despair, the rules can be changed again if we are ready learn and grow.

Voting

There are two general ways that people allocate resources in an economy – two broad types of economic decisions. One is through commodity exchange – people voluntarily trading & exchanging labor and resources (capitalism). The other way is via the gun. In this second way, capitalism must co-exist as without it, there would be nothing to steal with the gun in the first place — there would not even be a gun. Broadly then the second way is defined by the ‘ocracies: aut-ocracy, arist-ocracy, & dem-ocracy.

The few people who have sought to parasitise, bully & steal, who have learned to use proxies to hide themselves also learned that, in the same way, an open aristocracy makes them targets, hence around the globe these people have adopted democracy as their proxy tool-of-choice.

People are deceived

Just as with those who buy a commodity and then watch the market-makers for clues as to when to sell and then buy again, those who allow themselves to be constrained by a system of rules that negate real choice or who follow polls to decide how to cast their vote, are allowing themselves to be directed by proxies for the dark desires and dreams of thieves and bullies.

However even if the democratic game was fair and people did not follow intermediate proxies (elected political representatives) they’d still be following (or fleeing from) the politicians and the bureaucrats who are functioning as proxies for the majority and who, in turn, will usurp the power of all minorities and take it for themselves.

Most individuals, working for themselves realize that their long term survival is best achieved through cooperative trade and investment. Hence, most individuals seek out creative, just, and moral means for building wealth. Through reason we are able to work out universally preferable behaviors (moral behaviors), preferable as they bring the greatest sustainable and long term social and economic benefit. These beneficial behaviors taken together are the "Natural Law". Unfortunately, there are many people who have been damaged from an early age and who are conflicted about Natural Law. On the one hand they may see the logic of it, but on the other hand they were abused by someone (often a parent) who had absolute power over them. For these individuals, the ends appears to justify the means; might appears to make right. When these disturbed (sociopathic) individuals gain power, they use it to seek a sort of revenge against the world for the suffering they’ve endured. Just as they experienced their parents abusing them and even using them for their own ends, now they do the same to those they rule over. They ignore Natural Law. Tragically, as these abused children grow up physically, they do not mature intellectually. Their hearts full of fear, they gravitate to positions of power and any means to quell their fears is seized upon and used.

Inevitably they find their way into governments wherein there is no competition and hence no fear of being bullied. The drive for more centralization amongst these people seems driven by this constant demand to stifle competition, cement their power, and quell their fear.

At the other end of the vote is a gun, which is unattached from a moral hand, and therefore, an initiation of violence against innocent people is inevitable.

Given that, there can be only one honorable way to vote. NO. Humans have a voice and such is the origin of ‘the vote’. Silence is NOT consent – so why do democracies around the world either coerce people to vote (through fines and threats) or (and more commonly) why do they not count those who do not vote, as ‘NO’ votes?

Like many and like myself, you may have been told early in life that ‘might makes right’. The truth is that might makes whatever might chooses to make, and this is very seldom what is right. In fact the ultimate ‘right way’ cannot be known by man. If it could, then that person, that being, would be a god and we would all be worshiping at it’s feet – right now – because of the happiness and wealth it would be give to us.

It truly is a wonderful fantasy and it’s easy to see how people fall into it – we are raised by our mother and father whom, while as children, we see as infallible – they are as gods to us, their ways mysterious and their ability to provide for our needs divine. When we transition to adulthood, it is a great burden to take on that mantle. So, when given a choice, many simply do not. Instead they embrace someone or something else as god. But they are deceived, for that someone else, that so-called god, is but another proxy for mentally disturbed, sociopathic children in grown-up bodies.

I, for one, will not live for a person who wears a crown of gold, nor a crown of thorns. I will not live for a proxy nor those the proxy serves.

I live for myself and those I love. I have a belief in my own self worth and that is how I honor those I love. This is the source of human integrity and dignity.

Hold my hand, share in a civil society of mutual respect and dignity. Value yourself and your life and the lives of those you love. Do not cave in to dark dreams and desires of proxies and their masters. Their dreams and desires cannot be your dreams and desires and in the end shall only become nightmares for all of us.

The United States Declaration of Independence and Bill of Rights were written by individuals who supported, fought and defeated the tyranny of the British Empire. These documents were created for the purposes of establishing Natural Law as the primary order of a civil society. In essence they established that humankind possesses certain inalienable rights that should be defended and never violated. Together they embodied the philosophy and desires of hopeful and freedom loving individuals everywhere and gave the mandate to the people themselves to defend their Natural Rights for the ultimate benefit of all in society. These documents strictly limit government power and maintain the destiny of humankind with the individual and not the state.

As a statement of human morality and good conduct in a civil society, these documents went beyond the mere limitation of the state. They implied that, even the founders themselves, who had risked their lives and sacrificed their blood, were not good enough to legislate the destiny of their fellow man and thus made it clear that no man or group of men has the qualities necessary to regulate the destiny of humanity. They implicitly acknowledged that the best arrangement for humankind was one where no man could stand above another and that it was the duty of any capable man to struggle against those who would attempt to do such.

Yet there are many who do not like this arrangement. They do not understand that their best interests are served by freedom and/or they have deep seated fear in their hearts, fears of inadequacy and competition and hence a fear of the level playing field that is embodied in a free marketplace bounded and secured only by the Natural Law.

Anyone who has excessive fear in their heart and a lack of wisdom to suppress it, will seek power over other people in order to control this fear. The best way to gain that power isn’t the direct use of a gun, it is the use of lies to develop a system of false morals in which to trap people and enslave them.

The problem of having government at all is that it is a magnet to such individuals. Over time the US government, has become so utterly corrupt, that many within government feel the need to use violence to prevent us from using our Natural Rights.

A concise paper on Natural Law and Natural Rights.

What is Natural Law?

First to state what it isn’t, Natural Law is not Common Law, nor Positive Law. Natural Laws stem from the natural base of individual human thought i.e. Natural Law is emplaced by reason, and not force. The Latter being bodies of Positive Law. Common Law may be taken from both Natural and Positive Law; It is the universal set of laws that are generally (commonly) accepted within society.

Natural Law originates, or comes into being through reason. As the reasoning abilities of a given society increase/progress (i.e. calculus is built upon algebra), so too does the ability to understand what are the ultimate best interests of all free individuals who live within it. In other words, the development of reasoning skills within a society is concomitant with the development of a higher and greater morality.

From the development of social morality/Natural Law, social order naturally derives from reasoned rational negotiation instead of the initiation of force (violence), in other words, individuals utilizing the carrot e.g. ‘mutual contract’ instead of the stick e.g. the stick, will promote civility and develop complex cooperative inter-relationships. Without violence and under free, voluntary contract, individuals construct a civil society i.e. a society free of theft, enslavement, & murder, and hence people are greatly empowered to invest their labor and resources in the development of society allowing great benefits to all.

The corruption of Natural Law then, is the corruption of morality and a failing of people to employ reason; hence the best interests of all individuals, cannot be met.

When freedoms are diluted & diminished by violent oppressors, so too does the order from which it stems – i.e., as Natural Laws can only be curtailed by violence and/or the false belief that one’s best interest is served through submission to a group, and as Natural Law is morality, then those who condone the initiation of force and/or submit themselves to the collective will of a group are acting immorally i.e. not in their own long term best interests.

It therefore follows that the society which restricts itself to the defense of Natural Law and thus individual liberty and that has a population interested in the further development of reason & morality shall be the most ordered and lawful society possible at any given time.

What is a natural right?

Natural Rights are derivations of Natural Law. Specifically they detail what should be the state of the individual within a civil society such that the ultimate long term best interests of all individuals in society can be met.

What are the basic Natural Rights of individuals?

1. The right to your life [freedom from the initiation of force against your person]

2. The right to the products of your labor [freedom from enslavement]

3. The right to your private property, including your own body [freedom from theft]

A civil society of individuals working in their own long term best interests must therefore protect each of these rights for each and every individual in society. Other Natural Rights may also be derived, however, as Natural Rights are derived by reason, at no point may any rights contradict each other.

How does Natural Law function in society?

Natural Law and rights shall function by default if, within a given society:

• reason is promoted by all able individuals
• information is unbounded
• no area of thought is restricted e.g. as social taboo
• individuals do not tolerate any coercive individuals/groups/gangs i.e. all such entities must be prosecuted for any immoral behavior

If one or more of the above conditions is not met, then Natural Law and Natural Rights shall not function as effectively, however they must always function to some extent, else there shall be no civil society.

The IPCC and the climate change bandwagon, has been co-opted by the corporate ruling class. The goal being to create massive redistributions of wealth for the ultimate purposes of super-exploitation.

Author’s note: I must confess that I do not ascribe to the AGW hypothesis and further that I believe it has been manufactured as a means of government revenue raising in face of the inevitable destruction of government tax bases around the globe as oil supplies cripple the global economy. Furthermore, because a short position is a leveraged position, if we force the price of silver higher (and it will go much higher as a result of this campaign due to the very scarce nature of silver supplies around the globe), JP Morgan Chase will be forced to cover – to pay up the difference between it’s position and the new price. Again, as short positions are leveraged positions and as silver is in such a limited supply, JP Morgan Chase and any with substantive short positions on silver will be forced to pay, literally, an exponentially higher fee to cover their position. If enough people join in this campaign, we can actually sink JP Morgan Chase and protect ourselves from the ongoing collapse of global currencies and the continuous market manipulations of the global banks.

Given the continual assaults by the global bankers (the real ruling class) upon all of civil society, and given this excellent opportunity to hit back, I urge you to take action. Video: Greenspan admits there was fraud

Greenspan has no defense, his 1966 paper “gold and economic freedom” demonstrates that he knew way back then what would happen if the US went off the gold standard. He knew back then that all we are suffering through now was inevitable. When HE lowered rates to 1% when the war began, he KNOWINGLY set the timer on an economic bombshell destined to wipe out the US economy and transfer any surviving wealth over to the ruling class.

My rights were won by my ancestors upon the battlefield. Slowly, over many many decades, those rights were bound with greater and greater numbers of restrictive laws. This happened as government officials in fine hats, convinced a majority of people at any one point in time to lay down and not rebel against their assaults upon the liberties of all.

These fine hats ignored the laws set down to protect such liberties and instituted new laws that stand forth in plain violation of the old. Such continues forward through blissful ignorance with few seeking to know or to understand what has been done to them, nor what is being done to them still as the meat grinder of legislative process continues ever forward destroying the liberties written into law with the blood of their ancestors.

During that time I’ve attempted to have rational dialogue with many politicians and have come to the conclusion that most are cultists; i.e. they take their truth from power and authority instead of their power and authority from truth. It has been a sad revelation – I have been a very naive and foolish child.

After considerable philosophical study and the practical experience in a small trench of political battle, I find that, there is nothing for it. So, being the free, liberty loving being that I am, I proclaim to all of my oppressors, ΜΟΛΩΝ ΛΑΒΕ. Governments, and those who use it as their proxy, shall have nothing more from me excepting, possibly, my corpse.

As I believe only in self-defense and organized self-defense, I do not advocate the destruction that the character ‘V’ promotes as a symbol of freedom. Rather I promote an idea – capitalism, which represents the right to free exchange and contract of and between all humans without the regulation, and requisite violence inherent therein, of government.

It’s election time in the US, so I thought it appropriate to have a look back at a great documentary – “Hacking Democracy”.

For the record, I HATE democracy. It is the way of the bully. If it is wrong/immoral for an individual to rob, enslave, and murder you, then it is wrong for a gang to rob, enslave, and murder you. The only rational and moral system is one of voluntary human action.

That said, in order to have a PEACEFUL & NON-VIOLENT conversion to a voluntary society, or even to have a semblance of majority rule (as opposed to outright oligarchic domination), THEN vote fraud must be stopped.

What is so shocking to me is how people have been so gullible as to have accepted voting machines in the first place. Further, the acceptance of secret code in these machines is absolutely and completely absurd! One may as well put an ad online for themselves as a willing slave to be taken and used as cannon fodder. Everyone in the software industry KNOWS that open source is the only means of garnering real genuine security. This is why so many good programmers and security nuts use Linux and other open source software.

Where has the flame for freedom gone? Freedom is won on the battlefield. This may be a non-violent battle wherein people wake up and stand up to the bullies, or it shall inevitably be a violent revolution. Without the flame for freedom, and so long as people continue to slumber, the bullies — those fine bureaucrats in fancy hats — will take away every freedom and pocket the sale of your labors and efforts until nothing is left but a call to arms.

If this continues, there will be rivers of blood – mark my words.

Video: 9/11: The Unidentified Murder Weapons

This post was stimulated by a discussion I’ve been having with a friend relating to a recent new video circulating on youtube: 9/11: The Unidentified Murder Weapons.

When discussing conspiracies, someone will often posit that, if you point out that some people in government were, or may have been, part of a conspiracy, then somehow you are conflating that the government is involved in a conspiracy theory. So, I’ll attempt be very clear, the ‘government’ isn’t an individual, it has no will and cannot be blamed for anything. It is always a few key people who direct the machinery of a group. The machine itself is blind. Governments are cults, not conspiracies. Individuals conspire, groups do not.

If you’ve seen the footage of building seven (in the above video), did you ask ‘how’ a reinforced steel and concrete building could have collapsed into it’s own footprint after sustaining only damage by fire? Many steel buildings have withstood much greater fire damage over much longer periods of time and were gutted but did not collapse. In fact, no steel skyscraper has ever collapsed due to fire, because normal building fires aren’t hot enough to weaken steel. Also, even if there was something in the building that would have burned at the level of heat needed to weaken or even melt the steel columns, it wouldn’t have weakened the structure evenly, which is what would be required to cause the building to collapse straight down into it’s footprint. This is, in my honest opinion, proof of a deliberate demolition operation. There is no other way to get all the supports to go at the same time.

A controlled demolition

My research indicates that many engineers and building demolition experts, as well as politicians and pop stars believe that building seven was a controlled demolition and that the twin towers were likely demolished as well. So believing that such a scenario is possible is not out of the realm of the ‘normal’. Not that unpopularity should ever be an excuse for one to not to speak out. If one accepts the controlled demolition theory we can then certainly conclude that the conspirators must have included high ranking officials in government and many other various groups/organizations.

The Pentagon was aware of these hijackings since at least 8:45 a.m. when the first tower was struck (and more likely before then), yet it took them 55 minutes to take action. 55 minutes! By 8:15 a.m., when the FAA learns that a plane has been hijacked, federal law requires that the military dispatch fighters to either divert the plane’s course, or determine the need to shoot it down. This is normal procedure. But the Pentagon waited until 9:40 a.m to put up fighters – after all the damage was already done. who was the highest level chief in charge of these intercepts that day? None other than the big Dick Cheney.

On any day prior to 9/11, the US air force has planes on standby on bases all across the nation that can get off the ground in ten minutes and intercept within another fifteen at the latest – an F16 is much faster than a jumbo jet. Pilot’s may or may not need authorization to shoot down a plane they suspect is a threat to the populace, regardless, such requirements would be tempered by a pilots judgment – which, in my opinion, is why they weren’t allowed to interfere.

I wasn’t a witness to the pentagon attack and the all the various footage (excepting one very blurry clip) was confiscated and is under lock and key or destroyed, so I don’t know what happened with regard to what hit the pentagon. Maybe a passenger jet did hit it, or maybe it was a global hawk. However, what difference does it make to the larger argument? None. Whether flight 77 was dumped at sea or used as a missile to hit the pentagon makes little difference to my opinion.

What ought to be a large oddity for those people who swallow the official story is what isn’t known about the events of that day. Why is there so much ambiguity when there was such a vast array of hard physical evidence? Are we to believe that the investigators are so inept that they didn’t even bother to analyze the basic physical evidence of the crime scene, for instance performing chemical analysis of the massive amount of molten steel found in the basements of the collapsed towers. The evidence and facts from such investigations should be everywhere for us to see. It is not. The agencies of the government responsible for the analysis have withheld vast amounts of information from public view, if they’ve investigated at all.

At 9:35 a.m., American Airlines flight 77, which had been tracked by radar all the way from Chicago, circled the Pentagon 270 degrees, yet it was not evacuated. Nor did they use the pentagon’s surface to air missiles (which it does have).

A few minutes later, with the utmost precision, this ‘plane’ drops 7,000 feet in 2 ½ minutes. Do you realize what a truly difficult maneuver this is for a passenger jet? It’s flying so low at this point that the plane is taking out utility poles and clipping trees en route to its target. The jumbo jet finally zero’s in EXACTLY on the Pentagon while traveling at 460 knots (approx 529 mph). Are we really to believe that this precision “Top Gun” style flying was executed by people who had only flown Cessna and Piper prop-planes at a flight school in Florida for six months, many of them reportedly unable to even take off or land them adequately?

Why did the pentagon plane fly all the way around the Pentagon? If you’re on your way to Allah, why dilly dally around? Why not go straight in for the kill? Why do it the hardest way possible and risk utter last minute failure?

The plane, whatever it was, hit the only side of the pentagon that was empty. It had been under re-construction at the time.

Consider the flight capacity of the four hijacked airliners. These routes were extremely popular ones, most of them filled to 100% capacity during weekdays. In fact, oftentimes, fliers were asked if they wanted to give up their seats to another traveler. Yet on 9-11, the four flights in question were uncharacteristically empty.

• American Airlines 11 – filled to only 39% of capacity
• American Airlines 77 – filled to only 27% of capacity
• United Airlines 175 – filled to only 26% of capacity
• United Airlines 93 – filled to only 16% of capacity

Lessening the insurance payout?

Under the current fascist system of government, wherein short term profits are the only functional game in town, many a corporate boardroom has become stacked with amoral people who’d sell their grandmother for a few dollars. If offered the right incentive, they’d kill billions without a second thought. It’s easy to keep a secret if you don’t have a conscience. Especially knowing you’d be killed for coming out in any case. Hence keeping the silence of a large group of conspirators is easier than it’s ever been. Fascists (corporatists) learned this many years ago under Hitler.

The view that certain individuals merely knew in advance and ‘let it happen’, should not be taken seriously. The body of evidence supporting the demolition theory of the building seven and the twin towers is, honestly, overwhelming at this point and continues to grow.

So what is the more likely conspiracy?, that some poorly trained men flew these planes with the cool precision of highly trained fighter pilots? Or that they were flown remotely by highly trained fighter pilots? And that the whole of the event was assisted by a considerable number of highly trained people in order to pull off the most well orchestrated con in the history of the world. A tall order for some, but I’ve studied history and it is full of such events and cons. None, perhaps, so large in scale since the days of Hitler, but the scope of 9/ll is only a matter of short-term profit motives and a large enough pool of amoral people. Both of which are not in short supply. I firmly believe that it was and is quite possible for such terrible deeds to be pulled off in today’s Orwellian world.

The only reason most people don’t know much is because they don’t do their own research and the ruling class owns the media and protects their own – no conspiracy needed as it’s merely the institution working as it was designed, i.e. not to inform you, but to profit it’s owners. Thus it’s not a failure of the media, it’s the failure of individuals to maintain vigilance and wariness. The predominate owners of the media, are also the owners of many multi-national global corporations that sell you everything from you first baby rattle to the embalming fluid used at the mortuary. It is in their interest to misinform you and misdirect you such that you remain trusting of the status quo. As in such a condition your assets are more easily harvested.
